Monster Sound collection 01

Hellooooo beautiful people.

This is my first Sound pack but I have been wanting to make them for a long time. Feel free to checkout the free version first. I specifically just picked random ones so that no one can say I only choose the "good ones" for the free version.

I love making sound packs and would love to make more. I also like helping the Indie environment and therefore all proceeds will be helping me to get better gear so that I can make more free and affordable stuff for the Indie game devs, Indie musicians and the Indie Film makers. 

Feel free to ask any questions if you have any. Oh and also feel free to tell people about your project where you used these sounds. I would love to see them.

Technical aspects

All sounds are rendered in .WAV format at 44.1 kHz. All sounds are rendered In Stereo format as some sounds have stereo effects applied. It is also easier to go to mono from stereo. 

Tech used

Behringer C1 Hybrid condenser microphone. 

Behringer UMC22 Sound card

Reaper Digital Audio workstation. 

The Free Version has 114 sounds 

Randomly selected from each of the folders (except the bonus one)

48 Zombie sounds

This was literally my job at one point. Just making zombie noises for indie and student films. It is the reason I wanted to make this pack in the first place. 

They don't call me RonnieTheZombie for nothing.

92 Vampiress or evil queen sounds

All made by me, even though the neighbours looked at me funny afterwards. Made the voice lines as generic as I could but also wanted to have a little fun with it. 

Again... this pack is royalty free... You can use it in any project you want *wink* 

60 Goblin or imp sounds

All recorded by me. Couldn't speak for a whole day after but it was worth it. 

Some are cute. Some are not so cute. Wanted a variety as some people see goblins as cute and a little brainless, others see them as creepy little dudes. So I recorded them in both versions.

71 Insectoid monster sounds

I borrowed a box of kids toys from a friend and just shake, rattled and rolled in front of my microphone. Got some really good wing noises, chirping, buzzing, digging etc. 

40 Demon sounds

Recorded by me as well as mixed with samples given to me by friends. Some were originally Zombie sounds that sounded too "smart" for a zombie. Speaking from experience :)

Also includes 10 Retro sounding ones that were originally made by me when I was learning how to make monster sounds. Like those in that 1995 famous game with Demons. If you know, you know.

43 Skeleton sounds

Some hollow pvc pipes and hollow plastic kids toys make for great bones LOL. Also used a book with metal ring binding to make the "squeaky bones"

40 Slime monster sounds

What is a monster sound pack without slime sounds. Made myself a bowl of jello and went ham on it. Used different utensils to get the different sounds. And no... I didn't eat it afterwards... Disgustang.

32 Fire monster sounds

I had a roll of bubble wrap and a giant plastic sheet. Made some awesome sounds replicating fire burning and fireballs being flung at... whomever you so choose...

30 Flying monster sounds

I had a plastic bag and some candy wrappers. Made for some nice wing flapping sounds. Some sound more like a flying Fire monster rather than a giant bird, so you can give your fire monsters some wings after you have flung fireballs at...well... 

45 Water monster sounds

A bottle of soda, an old rusty fan and some cool VST plugins is all you need to get the thalasaphobia going.

10 ghost sounds that are just a sample for a future horror pack. If you guys Really want it to be the next one, let me know in the comments. 

*Please note that all the files from the free version is included with the paid version so you can safely delete the free version if you checked it out first. You don't need to download both.*

Some of you might also ask for the raw files. The raw files for this project was over 12GB. maybe sometime in the future I will try and find a way to get them to you peeps. 

Licence

A PDF Licence is included with the download for both but here is the simple version

1 You can use the sounds however you want just as long as you DO NOT resell the sounds as is. 

 2 You can use the sounds in commercial or private projects and, yes, you are allowed to monetize those projects. For example you can sell your game/film with the sounds in them. 

3 You have Non-Exclusive rights to the sounds

4 These sounds are Royalty free. I do remain the owner of these sounds.
